These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and spribe ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at spribe.vu. By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by spribe — including sports betting, casino games, crash games, and instant titles — you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform following completion of the registration process.

Access to and use of the spribe Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be met simultaneously and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. spribe enforces a strict minimum age policy with no exceptions.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited under local law.
• You must be accessing the Platform on your own behalf, for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use or use as an agent on behalf of another individual is not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of spribe or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers, or game suppliers.
• You must not have a current self-exclusion order or cooling-off period active on your spribe account, whether self-imposed or operator-imposed.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction of residence.

To access the full range of spribe services — including deposits, withdrawals, and real-money wagering — you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following conditions apply to all registered spribe accounts:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Submission of false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Only one Account is permitted per individual, per household, per device, and per payment method. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances in excess of net deposits.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication method linked to your Account.
• You must notify spribe support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or suspicious activity within, your Account.
• Account credentials must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any third party under any circumstances.

spribe implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit a government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.

All financial transactions on the spribe Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). spribe supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, and Meezan Bank Transfer.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 per transaction via JazzCash and EasyPaisa mobile wallets.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation for mobile wallet methods.
• spribe does not charge any fees on deposits. Any charges applied by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• Deposited funds may only be used for wagering on the Platform and may not be transferred to other users.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 per transaction for verified accounts.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit — spribe does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval for fully KYC-verified accounts.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically processed within the same business day for verified accounts submitting requests before 5:00 PM PKT.
• spribe reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

All sporting events, casino games, crash games, bingo rounds, and instant titles offered on the spribe Platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game or betting market interface. In addition, the following general rules apply across all wagering activity on the Platform:

• The minimum sports betting stake is Rs 50 per bet. The minimum slot bet is Rs 10 per spin. Crash game and bingo minimum bets are displayed within each game interface.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Players are advised to review all bet details carefully before confirming.
• spribe reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error. In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded to the player's Account balance.
• For cricket betting markets — including PSL matches, international Tests, T20Is, and ODIs — all results are determined by the official outcome as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL fixtures). spribe does not influence or guarantee the outcome of any sporting event.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at the Platform's discretion, particularly in response to significant on-field events such as wickets, run-outs, or weather interruptions. Bets placed after such events but before market suspension may be voided at spribe's discretion.
• All casino games — including live dealer titles, RNG slots, and instant games — use certified random number generation systems independently audited for fairness. Published RTP figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in individual sessions.

All content published on the spribe Platform — including but not limited to the spribe brand name and logo, website design and layout, software and source code, game interfaces, graphical assets, written content, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of spribe or its licensed content suppliers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform content without spribe's prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Use spribe's brand name, logo, or any Platform content in any commercial context without explicit written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any element of the Platform's design or content.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of spribe's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action under applicable intellectual property law.

spribe offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between these general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited in the form of non-withdrawable Bonus Funds until all wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Standard wagering requirements for deposit match bonuses are specified within each individual promotion. Players must wager the bonus amount the specified number of times using eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus Funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion's terms. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the account balance without compensation.
• spribe reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a player's account.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms. Players may not stack multiple bonuses simultaneously.
• Any player found to be abusing bonus terms — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting any technical error in bonus crediting — will have their bonus revoked and may face account suspension.
• Certain game categories — including live casino titles and select high-RTP slots — may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirement completion. Eligible games are listed within each promotion's specific terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the spribe Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities where applicable:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or verification, impersonating another individual, or using fraudulently obtained payment methods.
• Collusion: Coordinating betting activity with other players to exploit odds, share information during live games, or manipulate outcomes in multiplayer formats.
• Bonus Abuse: Any systematic attempt to exploit promotional terms, including duplicate account creation for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses, or placing qualifying bets that are immediately hedged.
• Automated Betting Software: Use of bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated mechanism to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage. Players who discover such errors are required to report them to support immediately.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder funds obtained through illegal activity. spribe cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement and regulatory bodies in connection with anti-money laundering investigations.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets based on inside knowledge of pre-arranged sporting outcomes. Any suspicion of match-fixing involvement will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to sporting integrity authorities.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain access to other players' accounts, spribe's administrative systems, or any restricted area of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, spribe's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any gaming activity shall be limited to the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

spribe shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for any of the following categories of loss or damage:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from any Platform interruption, game malfunction, or data feed error.
• Loss of data, corruption of account information, or unauthorised access to an account where the account holder failed to maintain reasonable security practices.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any nature, even if spribe was advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on inaccurate odds, scores, or statistics displayed on the Platform due to third-party data provider errors.
• Losses arising from service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, telecommunications failures, or internet service provider outages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. spribe makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of any published game RTP data, or the continued availability of any specific game title.

spribe reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed by the account holder or their payment provider.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account restriction.
• The account holder is found to be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Upon account closure initiated by spribe for breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds held within the account will be forfeited. Real-money balances — net of any bonuses — will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method, subject to any pending verification, chargeback investigation, or regulatory hold.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting spribe support. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

spribe is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe that gambling should be an entertaining leisure activity — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered spribe players and can be activated at any time through your account settings or by contacting our 24/7 support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period before the Platform restricts further wagering.
• Session Time Limits & Reminders: Set reminders at defined intervals (e.g., every 30, 60, or 120 minutes) to encourage regular breaks from gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) to take a break from gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Your continued use of the spribe Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

The version of the Terms in force at the time of any dispute shall govern the resolution of that dispute, except where applicable law requires a different standard.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which spribe holds its international gaming operating licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute arising from your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies designated by spribe's licensing authority.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, players are required to attempt resolution through spribe's internal complaints procedure:

• Step 1: Contact spribe's 24/7 customer support team with a detailed description of your complaint. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
• Step 2: If the support team cannot resolve the matter to your satisfaction, escalate your complaint in writing to spribe's dedicated complaints team. A formal response will be provided within 7 business days.
• Step 3: If the complaint remains unresolved following the internal process, you may escalate the matter to spribe's licensing authority's player dispute resolution service, details of which are available upon request from the complaints team.
